Feature

1. Based on the real car ABS/EBD braking system, it fully demonstrates the composition structure of the ABS/EBD braking system.

2. The front and rear axles are driven by the three-phase asynchronous motor to simulate the driving of a car. When the brake pedal is urgently stepped on, the ABS/EBD system starts to work, and the front and rear brake discs keep rotating slightly, and the brakes can feel constant springing feet, which truly demonstrates the working process of the car’s ABS/EBD system.

3. The color printing circuit diagram and hydraulic pipeline diagram are painted on the training platform panel. The printing diagram is protected by 3mm thick plexiglass. The trainees can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the physical object of the ABS/EBD brake system to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.

4. There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor and control unit on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
