Beifang Advances Teaching Aids in Whole Vehicle Training

The Whole Vehicle Training System is used to teach and train the vehicle electronic control system, which consists of 4 parts: the Engine Electronic Control System, the Automatic Transmission, the Anti-lock Braking (ABS) System, and the Air Conditioning System. The whole vehicle training system provides students with a deeper understanding of the entire vehicle’s systems, thereby enhancing their learning.

This Whole Vehicle Training System incorporates a touch screen, a tablet PC, a system server, and a rack to provide a comprehensive theoretical and practical teaching system. The touch screen is used to describe the structure of the device under study in both three dimensions and two dimensions. The system server is used to send the actual operating process between the touch screen and the tablet PC wireless in real time.

In addition, a local area network is established between the system server and the tablet PC, as well as a connection between the local area network and the Internet. The teaching content is stored in a database and updated via the Internet based on operational commands. Besides, the vehicle rack is equipped with both practical and educational devices that relate to the course material and work based on the commands given by the touch screen or tablet.

Description and Features

1.Examination System

It’s designed for training and testing electric motor vehicle inspection and maintenance engineers, maintenance workers, and technicians. It includes a comprehensive question bank, a test editing system, and an examination management system for both offline and online examinations.

2.Fault Setting System

Various types of fault setting and fault simulation are possible, including open circuits, short circuits, intermittent faults, inaccurate signals, etc.

44.The Structural Principles

The multimedia voice-teaching system can automatically explain the fundamental knowledge of the electronic control system’s various components, allowing students to build a solid foundation.

5.Fault Diagnosis

Process-based diagnosis teaching with complete teaching experiment guidance software and instructions. The system prompts the user to master each step of the procedure and knowledge points.

6.Data Maintenance

Students can use this database of electronic control and mechanical system structure principles, maintenance procedures, process specifications, and technical standards to learn how to do literature searches.

7.Panel Measuring

The panel is made using the original wiring diagram, and it has 4 mm measuring points for analyzing signals from the electronic control system.

8.Test Instrument Operation and Software Analysis

The system allows waveform acquisition and analysis, data acquisition and analysis, fault code reading and troubleshooting, electronic control unit information reading, anti-theft matching and other basic setup.
