1. The training platform includes ultrasonic radar (8), low-speed collision controller, millimeter wave radar radar sensor (77HZ), CAN analyzer. It can realize the installation and adjustment training of millimeter wave radar and ultrasonic radar system, as well as data storage and analysis after installation. Freely switch through the interface to view the obstacle information detected by ultrasonic and millimeter wave radar.
2. The appearance of the product adopts the small car model designed according to the car prototype by the sheet metal stamping process, which truly restores the installation position of the millimeter wave radar on the actual vehicle. A dual-axis electronically controlled moving slide rail is installed on the top of the model, which can simulate the status of millimeter wave radar in actual work through the mobile phone APP. The overall frame adopts the car paint process to have a beautiful and clean surface. The two sides of the model are equipped with high-transmitting acrylic. Through the light guide technology, the working principle diagram of the millimeter wave radar can be clearly observed, which attracts students' interest in learning more.
3. The training platform is equipped with a 27-inch touch all-in-one machine for mechanical installation and calibration of millimeter wave radar, including product training instructions, teaching videos, binocular camera course system, etc. Through the 4G/WIFI Internet of Things fault setting and collection system, fault setting and data collection can be performed on the detection points of millimeter wave radar related lines.
